Mesquite seasoning, grill mates | 2 tablespoons |

Chili powder | 2 tablespoons |
Kosher salt | 2 tablespoons |
Allspice, ground | 1 teaspoon |
Celery seed | 1 tablespoon |
Coriander, ground | 1 tablespoon |
Garlic, granulated | 1 tablespoon |
Mustard powder | 1 tablespoon |
Oregano, dry | 1 tablespoon |
Smoked paprika | 1 tablespoon |
Black pepper | 1 tablespoon |
Directions
- Using a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients well.
- Store in a container covered tightly in a cool dry spot.
- Use with Southern Sweet & Spicy Roasted Pork Butt (pictured).
